In terms of purchasing, she was patient with our decision making process as we tried to figure out what side of town to look at. At each home, she would list all of the different issues and quirks that I would never think about, and she always had a person if there was some type of work I wanted to get done when I would tour homes.
Once we were in negotiations, Heidi spent over an hour on each initial call explaining the entire contract, what to look out for, and how we can negotiate with the other buyers/sellers.
